Called them out to a job on Saturday afternoon - and despite their website saying "they would arrive within an hour" and "they won't leave you in the dark", they never showed up! Called them again, still no show! Called another company on Sunday who came & did the job straight away. Then got a message today (Monday) - "Hey lovey, do you still need us?" - how unprofessional & rude! Glad I didn't need them anymore - from other people's reviews it looks like I had a lucky escape!Tuesday 21st September 2021
