Staff were very helpful and their advice was straight to the point. Had a gentleman called Harry who was polite and kept me updated as the job went on. Explaining the process of what will happen next while giving options to help me make the best decision. All the prices and work was explained after each stage so no hidden costs or unnecessary tinkering I would highly recommend

Well.... where do I start? What an absolute faff to say the least. Firstly booking on the Halfords website wasn't easy. Only decided to use them so I could use my vouchers and the website wouldn't accept them. Anyway decided I can spend them another time and I'll buy the tyres outright. Booked myself in for 930AM, and as the email states I got there 10mins prior to my designated slot. Handed the keys to the bloke behind the desk and he said come back in 1h30 as the workshop is busy. I thought to myself thats a long time to change 2 tyres but would give them the benefit of the doubt as maybe they're understaffed due to Covid maybe. So I returned after 90mins to find my car in exactly the same place without tyres changed. As soon as I went in and asked why it wasn't done they said they would do it immediately. Which in fairness they did start immediately however I think Stevie Wonder could have done a faster job. What was the point in offering me the 930 slot if they wasn't going to start work on my car until roughly 11:10am? It even took a further 15mins from when the young lad parked my car to the bloke on the desk to give me the keys. And to make matters worse he was constantly on the phone and offered no customer interaction. Probably for the best as if he hadn't been on the phone I'd have given him both barrels. And to top it off not a single mask to be seen.

Amazing Staff and a first class service. I had 2 new tyres and an MOT which also needed me to have a replacement battery as my car kept failing to start and engine management lights were on. New battery wasn't in stock but was delivered next day and fitted to complete the MOT. I'll definitely be going here again.

Had two tyres fitted, short notice booking. Efficient, friendly and professional. They also advised me on a slow puncture and TPSM issue. On a rear tyre.
